When considering redevelopment of a potentially contaminated site, SRW will provide the information necessary to determine if an owner can comfortably redevelop a site under the framework of the Brownfields program. The initial phases of a Brownfields Assessment typically include Phase I and Phase II ESAs to identify the problem. After completion of the ESAs, a comprehensive Site Investigation Report, and Remedial Action Plan are necessary, and are usually performed under a State mandated Corrective Action.

HUD Assessments:

Developers which will be partnering with the US Department of Housing and Urban Development, or through State/Local housing authorities, sometimes require extra items than a standard Phase I ESA. SRW personnel have been performing Phase I ESAs with HUD requirements for many years, and has a close working relationship with State financing authorities.
